I’ve been invited to write for you guys, so I thought I’d say ‘HIYA!’ and introduce myself.

My name is Kai, or D Kai Wilson, or Kaiberie, or most commonly, ‘the Wordpress Wonderwoman‘.
I’m a blogging coach, early adopter and love nothing more than helping people find the resources and means to move from any other blogging system to Wordpress.

The reason I recommend Wordpress is simply because its flexible, and has a lot of interesting, and easy to use ‘plugins’. Its widely supported, and has a base of users, like me and you, that have designed themes for just about every occasion and need.

Mainly though, like many other gurus of blogging, I think Wordpress is the best thing since sliced bread because it solved every problem I had with blogging, with less work that it would have taken to fix even a tenth of by hand. Not only that, but its made my life so much simpler, and whether I’m building a blog, or a website, I look at doing it with Wordpress.

Podcasting is a new approach to direct to ear marketing, I have mentioned a little about this before, just thought
I would brush you up on it again.

Has anyone started to use podcasting, I’ll tell you why you
should, and what could happen to your business if you do.

When Gretchen Vogelzang and Paige Henunger decided to produce weekly broadcasts about parenting and related issues about 2 years ago, they created a site called mommycast.com.

There they posted a little thing called podcasts. Podcasts are audio recordings available for downloads to your home computer.

What’s amazing about this site is what happened. By the spring of 2006, their audience numbered more than 100,000, and they also had major corporations come aboard as sponsors.

At about the same time, a site called rightlook.com, began
producing Internet Radio shows, about how to operate auto
detailing businesses.
