Lesson #2.1: Why Build Subscribers? (Shhhhh….)

Why is it that you need to have a subscriber base?
Why don’t you just teach me how to make the money?
Why do I need to go through these steps?

Before I tell you this, I want you to really picture
a perfect business in your mind, ok?

Imagine at this moment, you OWN an apple store. Inside
the store, you have products like iPOD, iPHONE, MACBOOK,
including other products, such as: BOSE, software, bags,
and other unknown stuff to the market place.

As soon as you open up your store front at 9 AM, people
are RUSHING to your store immediately. Your new product
called iPOD sells like hotcakes. You did NOT even
advertise buy one get one free,
yet people are just
IMPULSIVELY buying the product.

At the same time, your other product named iPHONE keeps
selling on its own in that store as well.

This made alot of other stores around yours feel the
emptiness and envy about your business. They are just
keep thinking WHY the heck does the apple store keep
making money, while theirs doesn’t?

They compared the size of the store.
They compared the cleaness of the store.
They compared their employees with yours.
They compared EVERTHING.

Yet, they could NOT find out WHY your apple store
makes so much money, while theirs are barely surviving.
Of course, small store owners LOVE to blame it on the
economy like they always do.

NOTE: I guess it is the NATURE of the human-beings who
love to blame on others, anyone, except themselves. ;)

The THING that they do NOT understand is…

    “The LOOk, SIZE, or the performance of YOUR
        of your employees is less important than
             the DEMAND of the product itself”

Of course, it is SURPLUS to have a good looking store
and great employees. Again, size does not matter at
all in this case.

The question you NEED to ask should be:

  “WHAT makes my Apple store successful and what
                      makes your store DIE?”

Does that really have anything to do with big company
MYTH? (OR) Is it something else involved?

Simple.

When you think about iPOD, you know that it is a great
product. It is the product that people will DIE for.
In fact, when I gave away iPOD and iPHONE on my contest,
partners were going CRAZY with it.

They just simply said “YES” to the promotion.

In other words, it doesn’t matter whether your store
looks crappy or not. It is ALL about making the product
sell on its own.

The problem is…

     ”People Make a JUDGEMENT That iPOD is in
           High Demand. Of course, People will
                         just Go For it”

Based on WHAT?

In year 2000, nobody knew about iPOD. Nobody knew
that it even existed, except the guy named Steve Jobs.
In fact, Sony has already introduced a MP3 player in
the marketplace.

YET, as soon as iPOD came out to the market, it sold
like CRAZY. People RAN for it. Until today, every
single time you went to a mall, where there was an apple
store, you will just run for iPOD.

How does it work?
Where does it start?

That’s simple too.

You need to learn how to feed people’s mind and soul.
It doesn’t matter the size of your company. For big
corporations, they have MORE budget to get all the
needed publicity.

For smaller business, you can start with ONE place.
ONE source: “Your subscriber base”

You can utilize your subscriber base to BUILD awareness
of the product you are going to release.
Let them know what it is. Give them the feeling that
when they have it, this is HOW they will feel.

This will TRANSFORM them from “WANT” to “NEED”.

             ’Why “NEED” is more important
                         than “WANT”?’

Well, we all know that Sony(r) has come out with MP3
player for a very long time. However, WHY did iPOD become
the best seller, while MP3 player didn’t?

Very simple. iPOD created an awareness that we are in
the DIGITAL age. We need iPOD. We know that iPOD is the
only solution in the market place. This is WHY iPOD
becomes very success, while the MP3 player wasn’t.

What are the step to build awareness?
How do we make people WANT our product?

1. Create An Anticipation.

You know that I am launching http://117Secret.com.
In addition, I will be teaching a lot of powerful

How do I create the BUZZ?

That’s simple too. What I did is educating 300,000

ins-and-outs of the business before I even release

2. Have My Partners Talk About It.

the Internet marketing society. The BUZZ becomes so
VIRAL that I don’t know where to start and how
to start with.

When this WHOLE progress occurs, it makes
117Secret.com bigger and better than other launches
out there. This allows us to get more exposure

Simple. People will RUSH onto the website just to
check it out themselves.
When they love what they
see, they will go ahead and GRAB it.

3. Build Quality Product.

Your product will either break or make it. It means
that when your quality sucks, the VIRAL is dead.
However, when you create a top-notch product, people
will start telling others.

They will spread the word for you. In fact, you do
NOT even need to do any more advertising anymore,
as it becomes a public knowledge. In the end, the
product will keep selling on its own, and the traffic
will keep pouring in.

How important is building a subscriber base?

Well, it is the most IMPORTANT tool you will ever need
to creating a product awareness. If you have read

How do you build the relationship?
