Price War

Many small business owners are NOT able to keep
up with the price wars that all the top gun guru
recently play with. When you release a product
at the price of $97, the elite marketer will
drop it down to $7.95.

When you release a coaching at $4,997, the elite
marketers will slash the price to $2,997 with
much better features.
This causes a lot of trauma
and drama among small business owners.

They have 24/7 support line.
They have a faster service.
They have better features.
They have a discounted price compared to yours.

What makes it even worse is…

Regardless the amount of time you into
competing with them, you barely stay above the
water. This is WHY many marketers seem NEVER
get ahead. They fight, they lose hope, and
they quit all together.

Why is this happening?
What should you do to prevent this situation?

(1) You have to ACT FAST.
   
    Run if you have to. Fight if you have to.
    Do NOT slow down. Do NOT lose your hope.
    Do NOT give in to JUST enough.

    You get to ask yourself what it will take
    to stay ABOVE everyone else. EVEN if you
    need to put more features, DO IT! Even if
    you need to slash the price, DO IT!

    Even IF You need to sleep late and catching
    up on the deadline, do IT. This is HOW you
    can stand above everyone else. Regardless
    how hard it will be, you need to know that
    your competitors are WORKING passionately
    to make you feel miserable.

    What is your chance for survival if you
    ACT slow? If you think that tomorrow is
    another day? ZERO!

(2) You NEED to focus on QUALITY.

    DO NOT FOCUS two different businesses at the
    same time. It will DESTROY you. PERIOD.

    I don’t care HOW intelligent you are.
    I don’t care HOW smart you are.

    Everytime business owners tell me that he
    has more than one website, they tend to
    struggle to monetize from each one website.
    They have NO CLUE that when you create
    diversion, you are killing the GOOSE
    that produces the GOLDEN EGG.

    For example:

    IF your product is giving you an EXTRA
    $5,000 per month (50 copies @ $97 each).
    Wouldn’t you be stupid to stop the goose
    to produce more golden eggs?

    What you need to do is GROW the business.
    Make it bigger. Make it larger. Give your
    full attention to how to IMPROVE your
    existing product.

    Don’t go overboard and ignore your existing
    goose JUST because you see other businesses
    are more lucrative than yours.
 

(5) You NEED to create business that you can sell
      the very next day.

    Trust me on this. You don’t have 100 years in
    this world. Even though the NEWS kseep saying
    things like the WORLDS oldest man is 113, it
    does NOT mean you will live that long.

    Ok, I am NOT trying to say you are going to
    reach eternity tomorrow. Instead, if one day
    you said you have decided to retire for good,
    you can simply sell your business at a VERY
    GOOD PRICE.

    How do you define good price?

    You see, successful entreprenuers will only
    want to pay a good price to BUY your business
    IF your business will grow on its own without
    them having TOO involved.

    It means that they shouldn’t have to worry a
    sudden DROP in the revenues of your business
    after you sell the business to them.

    For example:

    Let’s say you have a membership site that gives
    you a revenue of $50,000 per month. The
    entreprenuer wants to make sure that IF they
    buy it from you for $1,800,000.00, the revenue
    of your business will NOT drop drastically.

    How do you do that?

        “You need to create a system in place”

    -> It means that IF the members need support,  
        they don’t need to YELL at the new owner,
        as the customer support will handle the JOB.

    -> If the members need the weekly updates on
        the members area, the new new owner will NOT
        have to worry as the webmaster of the company
        will do the JOB.

    -> If the affiliates need their commissions,
         the accountant will do the monthly payout.
  
    -> If the retention of the website is down from
        paying members, the new owner will not have
        to worry as the traffic manager will generate
        800 new members per month.

    -> If the members need questions answered, the
         new owner can sleep at night as he knows that
         the project manager will handle his JOB.

    -> And much, much more. — Basically, the new owner
         will OWN a business that is sustainable for long
         term growth instead of having to work IN the
         business when he took over.

These five steps are what we use in our business. Before
we launch ANY campaign, we focus our time on planning,
create a startegic system, as well as the PLAN of selling
the business to other companies.

    Hi Henry,(If I may call you, Henry)
    Thanks for giving me some good ideas. I was up most of the night reading and thinking about your email that you sent me. I wrote the answers down to the questions that you asked me.Thank you for steering my thoughts in right direction.

    I am a very focused and creative person when I want to be. I wear my heart on my sleeve because that is whom I am. I can also be brutally honest too and agressive which is not really accepted in this world for a woman! I played ice hockey for years. IF you want to understand me than you will have to accept for whom I am also.I am also open for suggestions just as I hope you are too! No one is perfect not even you!
    Thanks for you time and effort and I do appreciate what you are saying.

    You may have the big money, the fancy cars, travel and all the girls you want, but to be brutally honest with you, that does not impression me. Things like that has never impressed me even when I was younger. I truly care more about what inside your mind and your heart!

    I have not had the opportunity to read your second email that you have sent me, but this is where I am at. I would love to email and have you ‘coach’ me but you must be ready for my brutally honesty also.
