How to Joint Venture with Henry Gold
What is an Internet marketer?
How do you get internet marketers to pay attention to your
jv proposals?
Long before I made the first breakthrough on Joint Venture
strategies in Dec 2004, I discovered there are ONLY two
things marketers are interested in.
I do NOT care where the technology is heading.
I do NOT care what product you are selling.
I do NOT care who you are trying to approach.
The BASIC principle of why we are doing business in the
first PLACE is fixed. It will NEVER change. In fact, long
before I started my own business, my father, who is also
a very successful entrepreneur, always told me what
business owners really wanted.
It is NOT about your product.
It is NOT about your reputation.
It is NOT about your physical apprearance.
And, it is NOT about YOU.
Marketers do NOT care who you are.
Marketers do NOT care what language you speak.
Marketers do NOT care whether you are white, black,
yellow, or brown.
As long as you HOLD this basic principle very closely,
regardless what niche you are targeting, any marketer
who has HALF-A-BRAIN will definetely say “YES” to your joint
venture proposal. NO EXCEPTIONS!
I was the first marketer who had more than 125 marketers
promote 117ChristmasGifts.com in 10 days.
I was the first marketer who had more than 800 marketers
promote 117FreeGifts.com in 10 days.
I was the first marketer who had more than 1,000 marketers
promote 117ChrismtasGifts.com version II in 14 days.
WAIT… All this was without meeting the marketers in person.
This is without prior relationships when I initially
launched the project.
I have tested these techniques in the Internet marketing
niche, as well as other niche businesses I am quitely
targeting (Don’t ask me, I won’t share the niche I am
working on). The principle has NEVER changed.
Here are “TWO” main reasons why marketers would want to
Joint Venture with you:
REASON #1: To Make More Money.
The biggest reason we are in business is because we want
to reach financial prosperity. This way, we are able to
enjoy our time with our family and friends.
Well, this is also the principle of every business owner.
They want to make more money. If you can show them that
by joint venturing with you, they are ONE step closer
to their goals of reaching financial freedom, they will
DEFINETELY go for it.
However, there is a “BUT”…
When you approach any marketer, don’t go ahead and BRAG
to them about how they can make a lot of money by selling
your product line. Instead, always refer them to concrete
evidence.
Why do you need concrete evidence?
Look. There are many people who claim that their products
are the way of future. Their products are what people really
need. However, ONLY 0.1% of the marketers can PROVE it with
the right evidence.
In other words, before you go ahead and BRAG about your
product like other people, PLEASE make sure you test the
sales conversions. Find out exactly how much money you can
generate from 1,000 targeted unique visitors you send to
your site.
Once you have the concrete number, you can utilize that
evidence to approach any marketer, including myself.
REASON #2: To Get More Traffic.
Every successful marketer knows that more traffic to your
site, will ALWAYS equal more money for their business.
When you focus your joint venture proposal on giving
website owners more traffic to their sites on a consitent
basis, you are in the game to WIN that proposal.
In fact, it is EFFORTLESS!
Look. When I came up with the idea of helping marketers to
gain thousands of subscribers for their business in a very
short period of time with 117ChristmasGifts.com, now
TheSuperGifts.com, I immediately won the attention of
marketers wanting to joint venture with me.
At the same time, they knew that when they are able to build
an extra 1,000 subscribers for their business, they could
make an extra $10,000 in revenue. This leads to more
marketers saying “YES” to my proposal.
However, there is a “BUT”…
Well, everything must have a BUT, right?
When you approach marketers using this method, you need
to at least have a little bit of credibility in your field.
It means that a certain group of marketers may need to know
you already before they will be willing to say “YES” to
your offer.
If you are not known yet, I strongly encourage you for the
next SIX MONTHS, to really build your business. Build your
subscriber base. Start making money. Start selling other
marketers’ products. In addition, go ahead and participate
in co-creating product lines with more successful marketers.
For Example:
If you were to create a product, try to ask several top-notch
marketers if they would like to be part of an Interview on
a certain subject. You will be amazed how they are more than
willing to help you.
This will AUTOMATICALLY boost your credibility. HOW?
Look. Just say if you ask Henry Gold to co-author your product,
as of now, I have had more than 1,000,000 people in this world
who have at least heard my name.
When you put up your website, with Henry Gold as your co-author,
people who have heard my name will INSTANTLY think that you are
as big as Henry Gold.
This is how it works anyway!
When you have increased your credibility, your chance of getting
marketers promoting your product will be at an all time high. In
fact, every single time I come out with a new product, the “YES”
response is already waiting for me, before I even ask.
Some marketers have even waited in line to promote any
products I come up with. How is that possible?
You build your credibility.
You build the rapport.
You build the evidence on how your product can benefit them,
long before you even ask marketers to endorse it to your
subscriber base. This will create a lot of trust, credibility,
and power of “YES” on everything you promote.
Start doing it now!
You’ll absolutely be amazed at how your business will grow
tremendously by mastering this powerful Joint Venture technique.
Today?
I encourage you to go ahead and download the rest of the
reports at:
Look into the MasterMind Package closely. Not for me, but for
yourself. It helps you to NOT ONLY create powerful joint venture
alliances, but it also allows you to build your traffic generation
system on a consistent basis.
It changed my life TWO years ago.
It changed my business tremendously.
It has also changed my personal friendship with others.
I am very confident it will change yours as well.
Go for it.
Success is YOURS,
Henry Gold

Hi Henry,
I still remember very well when you launched the http://117FreeGifts.com years back.
It was such a hypnotic, very powerful psychological approach that entice i believe thousands upon thousands of us out there who are into internet marketing.
Your JV free gifts have helped open the doors for us to learn that helping others as the core objective of creating credibility.
It is teaching us “how to fish” in this marketing arena, which we really appreciate.
We would be here together working on the same industry for the rest of our lives and I hope to JV with you in the near future, with the same objective of helping others how to fish.

Hello, Henry,
Well said. Short, simple and straight.
Do they (big names I mean) think only to how to earn more ?
Recently I proposed to (name censored, no publicity please
) ) , public way (in his blog) to open a charity account on his name and his satisfyied subscribers to be able to put there some coins each time they feel, as a “reward” for good advices … and those money to go to something at his choice (children, enviorement, whatever) …
well, that was not “making more money” issue, so (as I espected) didn`t received any “feedback” …
Henry, my questions still are without an answer (related to this problem, how to “insert” marketers in JV with me) :
- how can make difference between a valuable potential partner and one .. let`s not use “ilegal” words ….
), while most of “interactivity” is between an autoresponder and a email reader (actually, one way “interactivity”). I talk about private channels, not public ways as writting here …
- while contacting a “big name” with a JV proposal, what are the odds that he/she will “smell” your idea, turn you down (”well, that was tryied and not workin so great …” or “I`ll think about, now I`m very busy blabla”) and next months you see your idea a bit changed running on otherone`s credit ?
- and, if I mention “contact a big name”, how can a nobody like me reach to interview a big guy (You, for example
if I want YOU for a project (or an interview), I dont think asking You here is the perfect way ….
- is it me (missunderstanding the joint venture concept) or online JV mean also ones who (at my request or at them request, no matter) join the “club” after the idea is allready on ?
There could be even more questions, but I don`t want to get ppls bored here with my wretched english.
Thanks for usefull tips from your post, Henry, keep it up.

Hi Henry,
Very interesting and helpful as usual. You really do know your ‘unions’ and I am sure you will be helping many marketers get on the right track, including me.
I sell a Hypnotherapy Course at a fraction of the cost of similar courses, but being retired have always been content with the ‘trickle’ of new students I receive each week. I’ve also thought that it was not the right product for a JV with the ‘big boys’.
However, after reading your blog, I’m beginning to wonder if a JV would be worthwhile trying again, especially as the commission I offer is about $100.00 per sign-up. But, I did get my fingers burnt last year when a well known marketer (a guru?) agreed to JV with me and then started to get me involved in a MML venture he had joined (I have a Newsletter subscriber list of just under 6000). When I said I wasn’t interested, he dropped me like a hot potato.
Did you find that happening to you in your early days?
Again, well done Henry and may your success continue, as you surely deserve it.

Hello Henry,
This is alll godd sound advice, until you get to the part about having a little bit of creditibly of our own. I am unable to get that, because very few people are willing to work with someone who is DEAF. They do not seem to comprehend that even though I am deaf, I am able to communicate on the Internet, and use software to convert Voice-To-Text. That is why I am not considered Creditible. Now how do you respond to that?

Melissa Hoff said,
March 9, 2007 @ 5:00 am
Hey Henry,
Just thought that I would say that you really giving me information that I have been needing for a long time. I have read through the five posts that are currently up. I just want to thank you for all of the assistance that you have given to everyone. I have seen very few marketers who want to help others. I have seen very few marketers that will just go out and say it. They hold it to themselves and don’t tell anyone the truth.
A few things that I think probably should have been included in this though is that if you are going to work with other marketer’s, you should get to know them first and not just try and jump on the jv bandwagon the first time that you meet people. Marketer’s are people too! Some of them are more than willing to give you advice and help in some things, but you can’t just approach most of them and start out with “Hi! My name is Melissa Hoff. I want to JV with you. Here is my product.” I as a human being know that once I have made the name for myself online will receive emails like this, but I can tell you right now without having ever heard that from anyone, that is someone emails me with that kind of a request-I am going to delete it without hesitation regardless of how much money it will make me. Why? Because it is rude.
I will stick to my principles and business sense. I know I will succeed. I know what my passions are and I plan to utilize that to create the “empire” you always talk about. Obviously I will have my money streams coming from several directions, but I am very big on community. I believe that community is the basis of everything that people should be focused on. Community keeps a business alive. Community is the best way to be noticed by people who own the community boards. I believe in the owner of the business answering the questions of the customers, unless there is someone who is equally qualified to answer those questions also. I believe that people are fully capable of showing their true colors and being able to help others. In my experience I have seen people get chosen to run a community forum, just because they know what they are talking about and giving so much assistance to people on the board. I believe that this is the best way to get involved with people for partnerships. I think that if everyone was so willing to help people that they would probably find that their business would start to take off too.
I guess that is just my opinion on the matter of JV’s. I would rather get to know someone or see someone working hard to give their best to the forum’s rather than just be rude and try to force their way into success.
Thanks for listening to my rambles.
