In this post, I am going to be brutally
honest with you. Some readers may feel
that I am being aggressive. Some readers
may feel that I am too honest, but IF
you want to learn from me, this is who I
am and what I do.

(1) You got to have a list.

  I don’t wantto debate with you NOR
  will I mention it a second time.
  If you don’t have a list, you don’t
  have ANY power whatsoever to stand
  on your own two feet in any business
  you pursue.

  So, either you have your own audience
  that you can email to or be prepared
  to close down your business. PERIOD.

(2) You got to have a vision.

  I am NOT talking about making an INSTANT
   $20,000 or $50,000 per month. Instead, I
  am referring the QUALITY you can provide
   to your potential customers, partners, as
  well as community.

  Question to ask yourself:

  (A) Will my customers receive at least
   ten times he paid for?

  (B) Will my partners feel happy on working
   with my business?

  (C) Will my company be helpful to the
   community I am into?

  You NEED to answer all these questions right
   now. Not tomorrow, not the next day, but
   before you even start your own business.

(3) You got to have a system in place.

  If you do NOT have any system in place, you
  are screwed. A lot of newbies want to have
   CONTROL over everything. They want to become
  the Go-To Guy.

  They are the customer support.
   They are the accountant.
  They are the affiliate manager.
  They are the owner.

  You name it. IF this is how you build your
   business, you are totally mistaken. In the
  end, you will end up working 60, 70, or even
  100 hours a week.

(4) You need to exercise and do meditation.

  When you are working for someone, the ONLY
   person you need to affraid of is YOUR BOSS.
  As long as HE is happy, you are happy.

  However…

  When you are your own boss, there will be
  problems that occur all the time in your
  business. Angry customers, system issues,
  server crash, and etc. These issues may put
  you UNDER a lot of pressure.

  IF food is your only friends during the
  downtime, you will end up losing a lot of
  energy. You will end up being NOT efficient
  at all. You will be drained, get negative,
  and be under constant anxiety.

  Proper exercise, a healthy diet, and 1 hour of
   meditation daily will HELP you to CLEAR your
   mind from taxing situations.

   This is WHAT we do on a daily basis. As soon
  as I wake up, I meditate for 45 minutes. I
  take a shower, eat a healthy meal, and start
  my day. In the mid afternoon, I put on my
  jogging shoes and run for 4 - 5 miles.

  This is HOW I get rid of all those stresses
   of day-to-day operation in my business.

(5) You need to create a mission statement.

   A Mission statement is your personal vision for
  yourself. This is EXACTLY how you want your
   life to look like. You want a 4-bedroom house
   with six car parking spots, deeded garage,
   backyard, swimming pools, and etc.

   You want a BMW, Mercedes Benz, to travel to
   many different countries, and etc. You want
   a sexy wife with a to-die-for body. Whatever
   your wishes are.

   It all starts from a mission statement.

   Why do we need mission statement?

   To stoke the fires within you. To see you through
   the difficult times you may experience on
   building your empire. To see fight through
   ANY roadblock you may face on building a
   successful business.

   For example:

   -> Back in early 2003, I dreamed of being invited
   to seminar as a VIP. On Sep 2005, I attended
  my first seminar as a VIP.

  -> In early 2004, I told myself that I wanted to
   be recognize in the Internet Marketing industry.
   On December 19th, 2004, I became the first
  first marketer who launched a giveaway campaign
   with a point system in place.

   Since that time, hundreds of marketers have
  followed my lead on launching giveaway campaign
  including best-selling authors, International
   speakers, business consultants, and etc.

   -> In early 2005, I told myself that I would like
   to host my own seminar. On Sep 2007, I hosted
   my very first seminar in Sandusky, Ohio.

  -> I’ve spoken at many seminars, I’ve bought a new
   CLK 320, I own a two-bedroom condo, I have
   travelled to many different cities in the U.S
   as well as visiting countries like Australia,
   Canada, Japan, South Korea, Indonesia, Malaysia,
   Thailand, Singapore, Germany, and etc.

   It all started from personal mission. Of course, on
  top of that, I’ve dated countless of beautiful girls
   as well as having great relationships with many of
  them. (Well, I guess very soon, I will settle down!)

I know it sounds HARSH for me to tell you the way it is.
However, it is my JOB as a mentor for hundreds of students
to be brutally honest with you.

Without a list, without a vision, without a system,
without a healthy lifestyle, as well as a personal
mission statement, you can NOT build a business that
will be able to sustain a long-term growth.

Your competitors are aggressively DESTROYING you.
Your so-called buddies are on their way to eat
up your customers.

They do NOT care who you are.
They do NOT care you are a good or a bad guy.
They do NOT care whether you are a newbie or an
advance marketer.

As long as you stand on their territory, even though
you are ONLY holding a white belt, they will attack
every aspect of your business in the battlefield.

What is your chance to survive?
What is your chance to make it BIG?
What is your chance to GROW your present online?

Start with those five simple steps that I have
mentioned above. Be aggressive. Be BOLD. You’ve got
to FIGHT as if today is your last day on earth.
This is HOW you can become stronger in ANY business
you encounter.

It is either you FIGHT or your competitors destroy
you. NO EXCEPTION TO THE RULE!
